I’m trained in responding to trauma however if at any point a different kind of support would be more appropriate—such as therapy or crisis care—I’ll help you connect with trusted resources. Each session is a collaborative and creative space where we focus on what feels most important to you. We may explore your mindset, habits, values, or patterns—and use tools from neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to support growth. You’ll leave with insights, clarity, and practical next steps.
How long do people usually work with you?
It varies. Some people come for a focused block of 6 to 12 sessions to navigate a transition or challenge; others commit to longer journeys of deep personal growth.
How will I know if it's working?
Change often starts subtly—through increased clarity, shifts in perspective, or new ways of responding to familiar challenges. Over time, you may notice greater confidence, reduced self-doubt, and more alignment between your values and your choices.
